Excellent stay with great hosts
Positive: excellent location very close to Derby
Negative: Aircon in this weather would be welcome in the top room. It was very hot.

Very enjoyable comfortable stay that met all our expectations
Positive: Great communication with the property managers.
Very comfortable modern home with plenty of room for a group of 5 adults.
Nice welcoming touches including a Christmas tree and card, bottle of wine and a tin of candy.
