Positive: Couldn't fault the location of this great little apartment. Couple of minutes walk through Tower Gardens straight in front and you are at the main road with amusements, rides and the sea. Couple of minutes walk to the right and your straight into the many great shops Skegness has to offer. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were super comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep. The main bedroom had a really handy walk in wardrobe that you can store clothes, shoes and all suitcases away keeping the apartment neat, tidy and uncluttered. It had everything we needed except the forks are dwindling. There was meant to be 4 of everything but it's down to 2 forks and I was desperate for a brew after climbing the stairs, there was coffee sachets available but no tea bags so a desperate dash to the shop. My fault for forgetting them. The rug could do with a non slip protector underneath to stop it sliding on the laminate flooring as I did slip on it a couple of times. Negative: All in all we had a great stay but there was a couple of niggles just stopping me scoring a perfect 10 for this apartment. We were lucky enough to have great warm weather during our stay and the apartment got quite warm, we really needed to keep the lovely patio doors open as there was a lovely breeze to keep it cool but unfortunately one of the tenants living below is a cannabis smoker. As the building is non smoking, they sat on the apartment steps and the smell drifted straight up into the apartment. They unfortunately smoked alot and as a non smoker the smell makes me gag and we had to keep the patio doors closed making it very warm. This is a shame as its no reflection on the apartment owners. My only other niggle was the parking. On arrival we had to circle for 20 minutes before getting a space anywhere near the apartment. We couldn't leave the space all week to visit other places as you were never getting it back so those plans were cancelled. It was probably worse due to the school holidays and it being extra busy at this time of year and maybe not so bad at other times in the year.

Positive: I liked how close to everything it is. The blue sofa is comfy. I loved the extra space in the closet. The bed is comfy, the kitchen is amazing, I loved it, I didn't cook but it's still nice to look at and make a cuppa in the morning haha. It's a lovely little apartment to stay in. Negative: We couldn't get the TV to work. The ceiling does creek a lot at night, although we are in a good area the downside is the music on a Friday and Saturday night going on past midnight but that's not the apartments fault. I did love the dining chairs but they get uncomfy after a while.

Overall enjoyable Positive: The apartment is lovely. Fully equipped. Nice views. Well placed for the centre. Lovely park right in front of building. Negative: The stairs to the apartment were challenging for us. I would not recommend for anyone physically challenged.
