The Penthouse - Luxury 2 Bed Apartment in Skegness

Positive: Good central location. Very helpful owner when I spoke to her on the phone. Flat was nicely decorated, clean and good facilities. Negative: No added security on the front door such as a chain. Obviously it's the top floor flat as its called the Penthouse but it'd be helpful to state in the add just how many stairs there are for less able guests. The owner also has no say in the neighbours but one was very rude to us.

Great accommodation and very clean. Suited our needs and good location for main attractions. Positive: Perfect location, beautiful accommodation and suited our needs. Very comfortable beds and great communication. Negative: There's nothing to say here, everything was fine.

The best stay I’ve ever had in Skegness in the best accommodation! Positive: A lovely, clean, well appointed apartment. It had everything you need and was very comfortable. Much quieter than the hotels on North Parade (road next to the sea). Negative: Nothing! If I had to pick something it would be the fridge.
